Management and performance review meetings

As a standard practice in GSS we hold regular meetings with our customers at all level to discuss the security arrangement, reports and problems if any. This meeting also helps us in identifying problem areas which might build up into a threat of risk at a later stage. The senior management teams are also present in these meetings periodically.

We also please to inform you that all our guards go through intensive training before taking up an assignment. The type of Basic training they go through in set out below.

Basic Trainig for Unarmed Security Personnel

• Use of communication system.
• General orders, post orders.
• Use of Access Control and Personal Equipment.
• Unarmed self-defense, Techniques of unarmed combat.
• Report writing preparation of incident Report and daily logs.
• Basic Guard Duties with emphasis on specific customer premises.
• Patrolling and observation techniques. Method and type of patrols.
• Role of Guarding and introduction to policies and security procedures.
• Legal obligations and; Responsibilities, Arrest able offence, right of private defense
• Gate House and Reception Duties, procedure for control of visitors, materials, key control and gate passes.
